About NY
Noel is a director, writer, illustrator, speaker, and pastor, also founder & creative director of Wonder Mill. For years Noel lived in Los Angeles making dramatic shorts, TV commercials and childrens television. Her documentary "Land of Angels" received Taiwans Golden Grain Award, and her dramatic short "Unexpected Love" was invited to the Golden Horse Film Festival. She is the author of an illustrated inspirational "The Wonder Journal". She has a B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literature from the National Taiwan University, and an M.F.A. in Cinema-TV Production from the University of Southern California.

Through speeches, sermons, drama classes, arts activities, Wonder Mill has ACTIVATED children, youth, women, businessmen, indigenous groups, drug addicts, prisoners and many. The goal is to help people at any ages or from any walks of life to discover their UNIQUE CREATIVE VOICES and finding JOY, VISIONS and CREATIVE SOLUTIONING for their daily life and work.

On March 11, 2011, a 9M earthquake and devastating Tsunamis hit Japan. Thousands lost their lives and millions are mourning. In an effort to bring healing, love and hope to the hurting and traumatized, Wonder Mill is pursuing the vision to build a multi-purpose WONDER TOY HOUSE in Japan. Through recreational and arts activities, participants can release stress, reduce sorrow, reclaim joy, and build positive thinking pathways, and eventually restore emotional health.WONDER TOY HOUSE will feature1. A permanent exhibition of a rare collection of antique toys/devices of wonder.*2. Custom-assembled meaningful gifts/toys for sale.3. DIY craft-making workshops.4. Drama game workshops.5. A coffee/bakery store*The collection of Wonder Toy House was inherited from a film/TV production house in Los Angeles. Many of them are of museum quality and represent the ingenuity and wisdom of inventors and designers in the past. Exploring their histories and stories bring a sense of awe to us and inspire us to create, to dream and to hope for a better future!
